On the outskirts of the old and exclusive Katamon neighborhood, a magical and unique residential compound is currently being built, bordering on four acres of natural woodland in the nearby San Simon Park.. This is the "Agnon 11" compound.

Agnon 11 was meticulously planned by the architect Carlos Prus, one of the leading architects in Jerusalem and winner of the "Jerusalem Quality Residence" competition for 2003-2004, together with Architect Dafna Alexandroni, specialist in preserving historical structures.
